Conditions: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the full price is required to confirm a booking, with the balance payable eight weeks prior to the holiday. Keys to the property are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival, and normal departure time is 10 am. The client agrees to leave the property in the same condition as that in which it was handed over to them. Damage to the property or fittings will be charged at replacement price. |
